DoodleCAD provides you with a plethora of features which you can use to create two dimensional CAD drawings. The app is designed to be easy to use for people who are perhaps not familiar with CAD software. You can stick to simple shape drawing, using a snap-to grid as a guide, or you can get down and dirty and edit things at the vertex level. Things can be dimension-ed, an essential feature when drawing any kind of design intended for real world use, such as a technical drawing for something that will be made in the future.
A Very Good App
For the low price of zero, there is very little to complain about with DoodleCAD, especially with the app being so accessible to beginners. There is the small niggling factor that you will have to pay for the ability to export or print your designs, however. But the rest of the app is very solid.
